***** on my MTN contract.

***** was done on my MTN contract that was due for upgrade. Someone with a **** ID upgraded my contract with S24 and tablet. All my personal information was tempered with and wrong information was saved on my MTN contract. Fortunately the *****ster did not manage to get devices out of the store however now I am being charged R1500 monthly for a device that I don't have, I cant update my personal information because my MTN account is locked with is *****ulent contract. It has been 4 months with no solution. I can not afford a cellphone contract of R1500. I am so stressed, I have been a MTN customer for almost 20 years but the service is now poor. Our personal information is not safe, POPIA ACT is not taken serious. How did they approve a contract without verification. Staff at MTN work with or leak our information to *****sters.
