***** on MTN side but I am being punished by suspending my number

Hi. I do my renewal of my contract every 2 years and I have my contract for 18 years. Last year August I wanted S20FE but I was given A73 but I never signed a contract. I have been asking for my contract since last year but kept getting " its in archiving". This year March I called a mtn number and the only contact that was on the system was August 2020 which means it was not loaded on their system. I did not pay for the last 3 months due to the ***** that occurred. MTN has blocked my phone which is the worse time ever because I was medically boarded and I can not get calls relating to my boarding. Too to block my number but not acknowledging the fact that ***** was committed. How many other people have contracts and are fighting with MTN I was on the phone for minutes and transfer to legal department I get cut off this has been going on for months
