On-line ********

I Jan M Motau would like to share my bad experience with MTN and/or Mondo Shop. Somebody opened an account and i am told by MTN that, it was done on-line. The person used my credentials, got them right besides my residential and work info.

I reported the matter to MTN (Kathu) and Mondo, I was promised that the matter will be resolved, guess what, the debit is still going through even today. the initial debit was R640.55 (November 2021) and that's when I reported the matter, to my surprise R2085.99 went through in December and today R5526.23.

I honestly don't know what to do now.
