On-Line application still not sorted - 2 weeks and 13 phone calls later

I app**** on 20 November for a Black Friday deal MTN 100gb deal, I have also wasted alot of time and called 13 times since then and still nobody can tell me what the status is of my new application in my personal name. I do hope this gets some reaction.
