On Hold for Hours
On several occasions I have had to listen to the ridiculous looping hold music at MTN when waiting for an operator, often for more than 1 hour.<br> <br> Please respond the to following questions:<br> <br> 1) Why does it take over an hour and still no-one answers the call? High Call volume is not acceptable - employ more agents!<br> 2) Why am I subjected to that terrible \nano haho na na na na no"******* over and over and over again? That is just cruel and inhumane and the person that made that decision to play that should be fired immediately!<br> 3) No-one can explain why SMS's can not be sent from my employers account - I have been told there was airtime but no data so sms's should still be able to be sent - Still not working! I need somebody with a little aptitude and a half descent work ethic to attend to this as I am positive it can't be such a difficult issue."""

Our system shows that all the numbers under Account number A*** have the SMS service and also shows that they have been able to send SMS's. If the problem continues, kindly specify the cellphone number that is unable to send SMS's, the date, error message and if occurs when sending to one ,certain or all the numbers.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
