On hold for 30 minutes😡

I've been trying to get in touch with an agent for the past 30 minutes. I've literally been on a call for 30 minutes listening to ads and offers. I haven't been attended to. Next thing I receive a message stating that I've interacted with a certain agent whilst no one attended to me. Disgusting service!
