On hold and no response to emails
My husband and I have been trying to speak to MTN's legal department for the last month. As we need to arrange a payment option. We have called nearly every day and at different times of the day. The first time I didn't even get to speak to someone, I was on hold for 15 minutes, the second time a woman answered and said \hold"and I was on hold for another 10 minutes"
