On Friday 2021

On Friday 2021.09.24 I upgrade my and my husband's phones to Samsung galaxy A32's....my phone is perfect but my husband's had a mark beneath the screen....this I only discovered after removing the plastic covering and wanting to fit a tempered glass....I contacted Mtn at Baywest where I got the phones from but they refused to exchange the phone...according to them it is physical damage....I DO not agree with this outcome ...I went to mtn cape road for assistance but according to them they could not assist as mtn has franchises...I require a replacement phone for my husband...to date we have not used his new phone
