**** on contract

MTN called me on the 8th of November to offer upgrade on my sim. The agent said I will get the data activated soon as I get sim within 7 days. Sim was never received and I went to cancel within cooling off period. You are pathetic ****s. I have been sending emails and calling even their complaints mailto:*** and X as well as facebook are failing to assist they are busy shifting the blame to rewardco. I have been using them for over 2 decades yet they blocked my number after they tried to debit on a wrong account number. I paid for my number to be reinstated now they want other monies to cancel the contract
