After Diego at MTN Waterstone showed me on the system that I will eventually be billed for R149 at the end of August, after all the fights since more than a month ago, I have now received my August statement and this is now R374 and NOT R149. Please call me and explain! If I don't like your explanation I want to cancel my the new deal, I want nothing to do with MTN anymore!!!!!! And I am not going to call the call centre AGAIN and sit listening to music for hours AGAIN!!
