Omission of information

When it's time MTN calls and lets you know it's time to upgrade which they did with me. What they don't tell you is that you still have 2 months to go on your current contract. I upgraded/renewed but without a handset and in December my account almost doubled and now again at the end of January it will be almost double. Will definitely migrate to another service provider in February if MTN doesn't refund me.
