Ombudsman escalation

You guys do not even deserve a star at all, the worst service provider in the country your call center agents are useless and they can't resolve anything they keep disconnecting the line and never call back I have been waiting for a refund for a year now and nothing in my account each time I call the call cent i get a different Idiot who does not know how to navigate the system and give me an answer. Today i have called the call center 3 time and in all instances i have to explain the same thing over and over again and each time the agent will disconnects the line. This is my final attempt to resolve this query with you guys, my next step is to escalate to the Ombudsman maybe that is the only language understand I do not want a month to month contract and i want my R2680,59 by Close of Business today
