Ombudsman contact details.

Hello. I wrote a review recently about a traumatic experience which I suffered at the hands of MTN S Africa. As you well know, there has been absolutely no response from MTN to my allegations of misconduct by their staff. This don't-care attitude and arrogance sums up, for me, the modus operandi of MTN staff members, hence my bad experience with them. Can anyone at Hellopeter please provide the contact details of the Ombudsman for the Cell Phone industry? Thank you
