***** om MTN bill

And so I am still waiting for the refund of my money!! MTN added someone else's contract to my bill and now I am still paying for the extra (wrong) contract. No response from MTN yet after so many phone calls also. Just received a confirmation of my complaint with a ref number (Case No-***)

I have sent them numerous emails and made phone calls. No response even on the emails although I received a confirmation that they swill respond withing 48 hours (that was on the 11th October!!) and nothing yet!!
