Oldest Sim card mtn cannot compensate

Hi I will like to comment on my issues with mtn south Africa, I have been trying to get hold of mtn for couple of months now cause I feel I need a compensation because I have been using my Sim card card for the past 18 years, never been ******, never did a Sim swap, same Sim as it was the first day I bought it in September 2001 but no one can help me or direct me to who can assist me, I belive I deserve some recognition as this might be the oldest working Sim mtn has on their system.
