Old System / New System

Firstly, detentions take over 20 minutes of listening to ***** music before they cut you off. Then when you do get through they obviously don't want to retain their customers. I have been a customer since 1997. They should be given a different name. Old system / new system???? On the old system where I sit, I don't qualify for the specials in the Yellow Trader. And, retentions can't upgrade anybody from the old system. So, even although I have 3 contracts and have been with MTN since 1997 I'm treated like a second rate customer. DISGUSTING!!!
