Ok I took contract with MTN and went into errors and they appointed ssda(Shapiro shaik defries and associates) the debt collectors so the process ran smooth and finished payments with them have proof….. since 2021 I completed my payments but till today I haven’t received paid up letter/itc so the problem starts when I check my credit score I see that some company called nimble I owe them and there are debt collectors , when I enquire MTN sold my account again to nimble when I try and contact both parties I don’t get answers my experience with MTN is the worst
