Offline for over a week

Hi I went to the mtn at clearwater mall to take out a new contract on the 15th August 2015 and they told me that they are offline and won't be able to help me but to leave my details with them and we should come back the next day. So I drove all the way the next day only to be told they are still offline! The lady knew I was coming the Sunday couldn't she have phoned to tell me not to waste my petrol and come! Anyways I went back the following Saturday and they told me mtn is still offline and I won't be able to apply. So I went to the cresta branch and I was helped! So how could they say mtn is offline but the cresta branch helped me. I honestly just feel they don't want to work at the clearwater branch! They also told me they don't have the wifi routers in stock but the cresta branch had it and was very helpful. Mtn clearwater should be closed down because there is no use going there when you are always turned away and they don't even have the decency to say go to another mtn branch , they made it seem as if the whole of mtn is offline! Mtn cresta is so much more helpful!!!
