I've been trying to do a Sim Swap in one of your branches in Protea Glen Mall and it's a mall that is nearby for me. They are forever offline for the past two week I was there for the 3rd time yesterday and it's a same story. Why is that shop there if we can't get service. I have a contract that I'm paying and I'm not able to.use it . I'm so annoyed

As for MTN Protea Glen Mall an escalation is send to the Manager as it is a concerned that they cant provide a service.
