Offered a low-end device for R25000 cover

I’m tired of MTN insurance and all their issues when coming to claims. You are always happy to accept my premiums, but when a claim is submitted there’s always stories.

1. I’m insured for R25k as far as I know, then what you are offering me is all low-end phones. So I am expected to accept a device that I wouldn’t normally use, I prefer big phones but what you are offering is way lower than the R25k insurance that I have been paying for!!! Iphone Xs max 64gig still retails for R18999+, so I would expect a phone for the same value and not the low-end devices that you are offering me. 2. I had to pay R750 excess, but as far as I know my excess is R300. This is my first loss claim in over 12 months. My last claim was for damage which I paid the R150 excess for. I expect to be refunded the R450 that I paid extra for my claim. 3. Now you are telling me I can’t choose colour, so what was the whole point. What you are telling me is that I will accept what you offer me and that was definitely not what I got insured for. I will not accept any other colour other than white.

This is ********* business practice.
