Offer vs what they give is a lie

MTN offered me a new package on the contact. So I upgraded my MTN contract end April with MTN. The consultant moved me over to a new package, telling me that I will only pay R89 per month for 200 minutes and 2 gigs of data and some free sms's, all anytime. So last month I was never billed, I only received half of the upgraded package. I did not even receive and invoice. And when I spoke to another consultant I was told it was only pro rata and it will be fixed this month.... so now end of June, I still don't have an invoice, or statement. Also I received the same data and airtime as last month. MTN you are a bunch of *****, you promise one thing then give another. I don't want contract it was not what I wa signed up for, fix it or cancel the contract. I am so done with you....
