**** of R269 uncapped

I paid R284 on the 30th of October before receiving my router. On the 7th of November the router was activated. Today it is thr 5th of December my bill is R753…… like how anc no one is able to explain. When I ask them to collect this router they tell me I should send it to a store. When you get to the store they tell you they don’t take routers…..what the hell is going on here? What does month to month mean? How did I end up at R753 for a 1 month use of the uncapped data of R269? ………. They can’t even give me a valid explanation but they want to debit my account. …….
