Yesterday I purchased a 1day 1Gig data bundle at around 17:30. I had absolutely no network coverage after that and could not use that data at all. I eventually gave up and went to bed but of course it expired at midnight.

It is unfair to be charged for something that I could not use due to MTN having a problem with coverage and this is not the first time this has happened.
