October 2017 Non availability of advertised Yellow Deals Page 45 Laptop: Lenovo Ideapad 320+F@stLinkMF730M

On 06-10-2017 I visited the MTN Store in Canal Walk and asked about the Lenovo Ideapad 320+F@stLinkMF730M as advertised in the Yellow Deals on Page 45. I was told that they were waiting for stock and that they would order one for me. I had a credit check done passed it and filled in the forms and took the deal over 24 months instead of 36 months. I have a copy of the forms that I filed in. On the Customer check list it mentions that I would collect the Laptop once it arrives. I have been to the MTN Store on a number of occasions and was told that they are still waiting for their stock of laptops to arrive. I was also told that the Laptops are at one warehouse waiting for a product code to be issued before they can be transported to another warehouse for distribution to various MTN Outlets. I also sent an online complaint to MTN on 24-10-2017 at +/- 11:58. I also spoke to Grasson at MTN Direct to find out if they had any stock and I am still waiting for feedback.
