many companies promise service delivery, but no matter what ,you never seem to get out what you expected. I have become accustomed to expect a mediocre service from whoever or whomever in South Africa. I just took a contract out with MTN.for an iPad .the store didn’t have stock,nowher in sa. I dealt with a lady by the name of Mbalenhle Khanyile from Gatemax. She search ,queried and also kept apprised until I got what I needed. It would be too long to elaborate on the entire process.
