Obnoxious & highly inefficient customer "care" consultant
A consultant within the contract call center division by the name of Ronel/Ronelle (spelling to be excused) is utterly obnoxious, dismissive and highly inefficient. It is a mystery how she remains to be the front line ambassador of MTN when she has zero ability to engage with a customer in a polite and friendly manner.

Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately, I was so taken aback by her dismissive tone and awful attitude that I didn't think to ask for her surname and she was very quick to end the call. I called back and was assisted by Lwazi who was a gem! Friendly, efficient and professional - as expected.
