O rating is waaaay to good for MTN. That implies something was done

I have come across terrible service in my time , but surely MTN has to be the worst. Lots of smiling faces but complete disorganization and a dismal failure to resolve minor issues. They literally make me sick. I am paying for an Unlimited airtime contract which I am sure is their top contract, yet I cannot even get a swim swap done after being ******. We are now onto a full week and I am losing business and clients daily. I lost my patience a long time ago. Wake up , problems don't just dissolve they get solved ! You will have happy people instead of people who will tell every friend and social connection they know just how bad the service is at MTN is. Going forward I will make sure your company gets the same treatment from me as I have from you . Dismal and useless,
