someone called me last month to "upgrade" my package at no cost, i continuously asked if my premuim would increase and i was assured NO.

after the call i called MTN to find out how true this was and the gentlemen i spoke to assured me that my premium has not changed.

this month a get a bill and my premium went up by 200, i need this resolved and my bill back to what it was, listen to the call recording and please rectify this error as i wont be paying 1000 for a fone, i need this months debit to be credited and reinvoiced and i will be making payment at the store
