Numerous calls, when you answer they end the call
So I'm due for an upgrade but never shown any interest in doing another upgrade with MTN. however, it is 1pm in the afternoon and I have received 9 calls from MTN thus far, when I answer the call the person drops the call. I tried blocking the number but they just call from another one, then when I answer they drop the call again. Is this a joke? Is this how you harass the people to take out a new contract with you?

17 Feb 2026, 07:30Mtn's customer service has gone down so much over the pass couple of years, you get people constantly dropping calls, have attitudes while speaking to customers, giving customers wrong information. It's really such a shame. At times when u call into the call center and get transferred to an agent it just goes quiet. Really disappointing how their service went down. That's the biggest reason why I will not do an upgrade this year. I'll rather go to another service provider than stay with them.
