Numbers reactivation

Am so disappointed in mtn paid 36100 on my account that was with their legal department on the 23 nov till to date my numbers have not been reactivated lto contract i call them almost every second day but they tell me same story worse legal department never respond to their emails ,you will only get the automated response

I need my numbers to be reactivated to contract by end of business day ,or i will go to the ombudsman .
