Number terminated without notice

MTN handed the account over without notifying me, payments were done,they refuse to tell me when last payment was done and are unable to give me that information. full payment done in December 2022 when i found out how much is owing, second party says payment reflecting but no updates are given. unable to et through the MTN line *** as they have terminated y number without telling me as well, business has suffered a loss as a result. i never will go back on contract with this business . my terminated number ***
