Number suspension

After so many years with MTN I have never felt so disappointed and mistreated as a client. I guess all the attention has been shifted to migration to being a tech company and to bad to clients on telecom services. My account is upto date however my line is suspended, I cannot make calls or connect to internet and the only thing I can do is receiving calls and texts calls however the debit order is going off. This has a huge negative impact on my daily life as we need our phones to basically do everything. I have been calling being transferred from pillar to post and having queries logged with no response provided, the only time I get feedback I have to callback only to be told that we need to log another request.
