Number suspended with no notification/explanation

I usually stay up late because I'm a baker.On the 23 August 2022 I tried calling a friend of mine ,as we usually chat in the late nights. To my surprise, I heard a promt telling me that my number has been suspended and that my number was blocked by *****.I understand that Mtn has procedures to follow however is this how I deserved to know that my number was suspended?

I spoke to over 20 consultants who all told me that I need to wait for 30 days.I was not told why my number was suspended, neither did they ask perhaps for proof ,I was told by all consultants that Mtn Is still investigating,who's the beat person to get answers from either than the person using the number?I've been using this number for years .

I have side but with this suspension, I'm unable to reach out to my customers. I am also a mother ,what if something happens to one of my kids and I miss the call,how will I reach out to the schools?I have an elderly mother who lives more than 300 k's from me,I chat to her on a regular basis due to obvious reasons, but due to this suspension, I can't even check up on her .

Can someone please explain why my number was suspended and what can I do to speed up the process?
