number suspended

poor service, my number is suspended without any notice from the 1st september . i called the mtn call center for assistance and each consultant comes with different explanation until i was told that there is an investigation and it should be up an running after 21 days . 21 days passed long time ago and i still can't get them to unsuspend the number. and to top it up the number is pre paid . today i called and 2 consultants dropped my calls . i am unable to recharge or make phone calls for over a months now and still no clear info on what is happening.
