NUMBER STILL NOT WORKING FOR INCOMING CALLS

It's so sad how MTN drags their feet when it comes to rendering service to their clients, since I canceled my contract on the 23rd I can't receive incoming calls yet in their "WORLD" they say the issue has been resolved. MTN MY NUMBER IS STILL NOT WORKING FOR INCOMING CALLS.
