Number reallocated MTN

MTN decided to reallocate my wife's number that she had for more than 20 years without consultation to someone else. Personal information has now been compromised as this number was used for verification off accounts and email. This is an infringement on my wife's human rights and her right to protect personal information. I would like to know who made MTN God to make decisions like this on behalf of the individual. All her personal information is now at risk. Consultant's solution to the problem is that she "must" now change all her verifications. Who the hell do they think they are?
