Number reactivation

My MTN number was deactivated. I called customer care to try and reactivate it, but the line wouldn't go through. I emailed *** on the 29 of July, and received a reference number ***. Nombulelo Qamatha responded to my query on the 31st of July, asking for my sim number. I sent my sim number but I still have not received any help to this day.
