number ported but no record of it
I had our business contract number *** ported from MTN to Autopage on the 08/04/2015. To date MTN has confirmed that no such number had been ported and according to their records the number is still active with MTN. According to Autopage the number has been ported successfully and Autopage is now our service provider. I am now being billed by both companies. Autopage has confirmed that they could not port the number unless MTN has given them authority to do so. What must i do? I have contacted Lebo that handles business accounts and received no feedback from her either. She is suppose to look after us. If i could have it my way i would cancel all the contracts we have with MTN.
