Number port from MTN to Vodacom

MTN call center is the most useless service I've encountered. They even hang up if they can't assist you. They are clueless and useless. I ask them for email of the porting department and they say the system is down, call after 5 minutes....and and....I'm leaving mtn no matter what. If it means changing my number, let it be. They are pathetic if they think this delay and frustration will keep.me with them. I've been loyal over 15 years same number, same network and they treated me bad. I'm leaving mtn by the end of the week.
