Number Permanently Deactivated
Good day, <br> <br> on Friday 20th Nov, my number was deactivated because i had asked the contract to be terminated after it expires, although i never got confirmation if this request was received and action-ed.<br> <br> Friday and Saturday i called MTN to resolve the issue, and it an email was sent to the Retention dept, Today i received an email from Berlinda Manyaka informing me that the number is Permanently deactivated and i should call 808 for further information. no one on 808 can help me and i sent a second email to [Email Removed] the reference numbers are ***3. Can somebody please help me get my number back
