Number not working

Hello Peter, I have been a customer of MTN for a very long time but their services lately are very very poor. The staff they have is like they do not go for training. I have been experiencing some problems with my number and every time I call a customer it's a new story on how to solve my case. I can not receive calls and have been calling them for days now and up until today my number cannot work. I am tired of the stories I have been told by the staff. Others are very rude and come up with stupid suggestion... I need help
