Number intermittent dropping of network
MTN suspend my line and since they reconnect my line I've been having the problem.<br> My phone show initialization failed. The problem is not all the time because the phone work for a day or 2 and then its not working for few days. This is an intermittent problem... PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM. AND DONT SAY ITS THE SIM CARD BECAUSE ITS NOT....SINCE YOU SUSPEND MY LINE I'VE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM. I LOGGED A REQUEST REQ*** WITH MTN AND THEY SAID THE VLR IS UNKNOWN.<br> <br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
A phone will usually give this error if the SIM card is not properly inserted or aligned. Please can you take the sim card out the phone and put it back in and test. Should the problem still continue it could be that the sim card is damaged and a sim swap would be required.
