Number disconnected with Reason and no help after a week.

My primary number is working fine, I have a second number on my account, it stopped working last week. I have phoned multiple times, each time different excuses, I have 3 ticket numbers to fix it but still not working. ***, ***, REQ*** please help. Now they say number not even found on the system.
