Number disconnected from Service

Hi. I'm following up on the number ***. My work router number. We loaded data this morning but the number is offline? I am dialing 135, this option Does Not connect me to an agent. I want to know why is this number not working. This is urgent. I can't call from it, as it doesn't even connect to network
