Number disconnected

After more than 20 years or more than that using Mtn but received waste service i have ever seen in my life. It started in Eastgate mtn branch after taking a contract phone and my prepaid number was changed to contract after all this process my number stopped working not receiving calls or making calls with it i went back there they tried fixing the problem but nothing worked. Following day I called mtn call center so that they can remove my number from contract to prepaid again because i can not lose the main number because of this contract thing but because of their untrained staff the guy with a name of Vusumuzi Hadebe disconnected my number total which is can con not be fixed again i don't know how! 😭 Since then I have been calling mtn center and I'm not getting help. After all even the lady with a name of Debbie working in Eastgate also didn't provide me with the copy of my contract since 27th of February 2025 until today when I went back there was promised to get documents but nothing, when I call they tell me that she's busy or they don't answer at all. I app**** for insurance for my phone with them and they told me to wait for the message until today nothing. 😭😭😭
