Number Deactivated

Hi, yesterday I was trying to use my other MTN number *** and only to realise that it is inactive. I then DM MTN on Twitter with details, the consultant this morning confirmed that it was deactivated on the 20th November 2025 as it hasn't made a rechargeable call in 3 months. I requested that they reactivate it and they advised that the system states that it cannot be reinstated. I tried to call 135 several times using my other MTN number but option 1 does not go through...that option too failed me. Kindly assist by reinstating my number as it is used by us in the family (also MTN clients) as a backup for security reasons and it's already a nightmare since it is deactivated as it is linked to many things/platforms because your website states that it can be reinstated.
