NTN pathetic service

I have a contract with MTN for a wifi modem. In July this year I went to MTN Greenstone to find out when my contact expires. I was told 17 Aug 2023. I noticed that I still have wifi after that date. I went again to Greenstone. I was told that the contract carries on until I cancel it. I have not cancellrd it. Poor service. I received a sms from my bank that MTN has deducted R12000 from my account. I went in and was told that my MTN account was hacked and somebody opened new ******* contracts in my name. I had to get an affidavit to say I have only one contract. They said they reported it to their ***** department. Then I noticed I could not connect. Went in and was told because I owe them R21000. Explained what happened to them. Corrected it so that I can connect. Asked whether this matter was now sorted out. They said yes. Now I get a sms from my bank to say R21000 was deducted from my account. This really pathetic!!
