NTN Hell

Trying to upgrade at Fourways store, need to upgrade 2 X business phones and one personal. Taking hours and then told for the business upgrade it takes 5 days and the personal upgrade they don’t have the phone requested even though they knew upfront what phone was wanted.

Feels like MTN doesn’t want the business, their procedures are archaic and from the dinosaur era, no wonder people hate going to do anything in MTN stores, the system is there to frustrate you and go though hell.
