Noxolo very rude to customers

im very much dissapointed in MTN stoneridge. The is a lady by the name of Noxolo but im not sure if that is the correct name but she think she is the one.

i went to mtn today the 9/09/2024 to make payment and to ask about my account.

when i arrived at store, i noticed that the is four workstation which two consultamt were busy which two were not at all. one was busy on her phone which i decided to go to a lady that is not busy with anythibg

i went to the lady who was not busy to tell her my issues. she asked what do i want i zulu speaking language. mind you im a tsonga. i listened to her i told her i want to pay and to query about my other number . she said she can only assist ne with payment but the other stuff i need to call MTN. and im like are u for real, i thought she is playing only to find out she us telling the truth. i paid and we started arguing im like tell me if u dont want to assist me. she said i can only assist u by helping you pay then the rest you will call mtn . i paid then she left her to go outside not even any communication to me.

waited till she comes back and went to the back room and the other chick sat next to her desk. noticed that the chick is not coming back. she asked if she can help and i was like yes she can.

first i asked who is the lady that was helping me because she is not wearing her name badge. she advised me the name of the lady.

mind you this is not the first time she is doing such things to me. at first she used her own language and i asked her very nice that she must use the language that wr will understand. den she refused. lady is very rude

i dont want to lie she is very rude.i hope she is not doing it everyday
