Notification letter for small claims court

To whom it may concern This is to inform you. I Nicola de Klerk has opened a case in small claim court regards my contract. See below what is the issue. Been trying to Cancel my Contract since October 2019. After a number of calls your call centre. Where I just get told I must call the store... Then MTN Tygervalley in Cape Town finally answer once in a blue moon. I get told the process has been sent. It is up to head office to process now. This was October 2019... Every month I go into the store only to be told the same thing. I get debit each month for it.. Now this would not be a problem if I had the cellphone or a cellphone from the contract and the Sim card. However because this was a special DOA. Dues to the brand new Cellphone constantly breaking. Head office gave the store permission to cancel the Contract. Which is clearly not true. Either someone in the store is using the cell phone or MTN does not communicate with their stores. So what is the point of having a store in the first place. I have told the store to at least return the phone and do a Sim swop but they refuse saying the contact is canceled. I will be delivering a letter of demand to the store that is supposedly dealing with the cancelation which is Tygervalley Store in Tygervalley Mall Durbanville
